Child, Carlsen, Koenig, Kobleur Win Singles Titles at Daufuskie Adult Championships

DAUFUSKIE ISLAND SC (TENNIS E-News) -- Players from 11 states and one foreign country were draws of the Daufuskie Island Adult Championships at Daufuskie Island Resort & Breathe Spa, but four area hitters came off with wins in Sunday finals.

Eighty-three players competed in the USTA-sanctioned tournament that began Friday, directed by Ron Gwyn.

Men's 55 Singles -- Final -- (1) Patrick Child (HHI) def. Ryszard Nowotka (Olsztyn, Poland) 6-4, 6-0
