The Island Championship Finals Set for Sunday at Palmetto Dunes

HILTON HEAD ISLAND SC (TENNIS E-News) – The Island Championship will shift back to Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center for its finals, with matches to begin at 9 a.m. The event is sponsored by the Tennis Association of Hilton Head Island and 54 players are entered.

The tournament play began Friday. Here are those results:

QuickStart Kids Tournament Set for Saturday the 22^nd at Hampton Hall

HILTON HEAD ISLAND SC (TENNIS E-News) – A one-day-only QuickStart Tennis Tournament for youngsters will be held Saturday, Nov. 22 at Hampton Hall, presented by Lowcountry Sports Network.

Youngsters will play in two divisions: 8 and younger and 10 and younger. Short court and special balls will be used. A compass draw format will be used to give players multiple matches.

Entry fee is $20 per player with a T-shirt and prizes included. The entry form is an attachment to this issue.
