Late May Start

Yes, And Mixed Doubles Season Is About Ready for Registration

HILTON HEAD ISLAND SC (TENNIS E-News) – Mixed doubles players, get your engines ready. It's time for pre-registration for the USTA League spring/summer season that will begin play in late May and wrap up in mid-August.

Local League Coordinator Jackie Reynecke said that pre-registration documents should be available for new and former captains by next week … and that's no April Fool.

"I would project that the deadline for (pre-registration) would be right after Heritage week," Reynecke said. "I would be looking at starting some senior teams in late May if the divisions are large."
