2 SC Tennis Centers Make Top 50 Welcome Center List

Family Circle Tennis Center on Daniel Island, Charleston, and Lexington County Tennis Complex are the only two tennis facilities in South Carolina to make the Top 50 Tennis Welcome Centers listing just released. The facilities were cited for high participation figures involving new and returning players, support of industry programs and community tennis development.

“All of the more than 2,100 Tennis Welcome Centers have played an important role in the increased tennis participation we’ve seen in the last few years in the U.S.,” said Tennis Industry Association Executive Director Jolyn de Boer of Hilton Head Island. “These Top 50 Tennis Welcome Centers have been doing an exemplary job of creating a positive tennis experience for people in their communities.”

Not a Guarantee of Anything, AOLers, But This Worked for At Least One

HILTON HEAD ISLAND (TENNIS E-News) -- Yes, some TENNIS E-News readers -- read that "potential" readers -- continue having trouble receiving the newsletter through their AOL service. If you know someone who is having that problem, here's a suggestion that, with no guarantee that it will work, did work at South Beach Racquet Club.

See if you can follow these steps that got Michael O'Keefe of SBRC back on the receive list.

Go to AOL Help, then go to the e-mail tab in AOL Screen Services and look for the "blocked list" from there.

Michael's admonition: Happy hunting!
