Summer Splash!! Avoids Another Umbrella Day; Championships Decided
BEAUFORT SC (TENNIS E-NEWS via TennisLink) – Tournament Director Cathy McGill led the charge through a day wet with rain and two days wet with sweat, wrapping up the Beaufort Summer Splash!! today. But, after all, it ain’t called the Summer Splash for nuthin’.

Junior Team Tennis Crowns its Champions
BLUFFTON SC (TENNIS E-NEWS) – The Junior Team Tennis season has ended for the year. Director Bob Brown announced that the next season will begin Nov. 1.
Representing the area July 17-19 at the South CarolinaState Championships in Sumter with a chance to advance to Regional and
National Championships will be these category champions:
12 and Under Intermediates - Racquet Club Villains, coached by Scott Nichols
14 and Under Intermediates - Racquet Club Villains, coached by Scott Nichols and Bluffton Badkatz, coached by Brett Robertson
18 and Under Intermediates - Racquet Club Villains, coached by Scott Nichols and Bluffton Badkatz, coached by Robert Brown
